Even into our old age, we should feel alive and well. Our focus needs to be putting fresh, fruits, water based, veggies and unprocessed foods into the juicer to help clean and flush our systems. Unfortunately due to today’s busy lifestyles, salt and sugar laden processed foods into the top of our juicers! So we end up feeling uncomfortable, we tend to push too much fat, a little achy and sluggish. We put the whole food in the top and our body breaks down the food to give us vitamins, fibre, fatty acids, amino acids, minerals, water and energy. What did you eat yesterday?
