We also rely on volunteer drivers and a strong teamwork between services to support all our programs. Any surplus funds in the accounts are used to support the infrastructure of these services, which include the provision of playgroup venues, and transporting facilities. It is the increased adult-child ratio and the warm, as well as the family day care team approach, individualized approach (which is possible in a family day care environment), that enable our additional programs to be so successful. These additional programs focus on the areas specific needs and include jet creches, childrens services supported playgroups and the aboriginal language outreach program.
