We have been automotive inclined for over 40 years, so if you want your precious pieces blasted correctly with no damage. It also has to be blasted at a high pressure, as it has no body itself. Sand kills because of the pressure needed to be effective and Soda will always be present in the material after blasting, even after immaculate preparation and fantastic paint work. We DO NOT use Sand or Soda. More heat and harmonics which definitely hurts the pieces being blasted. We only blast at 50 PSI cause of the denseness of the product we blast with, where using other blasting media which have to be blasted at 500 to 600PSI to get the same desired result. We don't coat parts in black or similar colours, as that hides what you are trying to achieve.We expose rust which we kill dead in its tracks, then when cut out and replaced is often better than new. We only blast with a natural product mined from the ground, which has NO additives what so ever which may prevent the finished job from being perfect (silica etc). We coat all the products in a clear solution called Paintgrip, and being clear, lets you see what work needs to be accomplished to have that product at its top shape. We have a 8 metre blasting booth and a 5 metre paint booth next to each other, so the products go from one to the other in a seamless transition. Collector car panels are hard enough to secure without being damaged, most often beyond repair. We have perfected the Low Pressure Blasting process so that NO heat or harmonics are transferred on to the products being blasted, resulting in no warp-age or heat distortion for the units being blasted.
